According to the results of online sales at KAMA TYRES Complex in November 2025, interest in winter models increased significantly. Studded tyres traditionally represent a high share of demand, which is shown up in sales results. The Viatti Brina Nordico and Viatti Brina were the month's leaders: these models accounted for the largest sales volume and the bulk of demand.
"Even with the prolonged off-season, we see consistent interest in winter models. And some factors explain this trend. Car owners are focused not only on safety but also on legal requirements. For example, in winter, a car must be equipped with tyres that are suitable for operating conditions. Using unsuitable tyres can result in fines and additional risks in the event of an insurance claim, so many prefer to prepare in advance," noted Timur Sharipov, CEO of KAMA Trading House.
The Viatti Brina Nordico line-up (studded winter tyres for changeable weather) was among the top three passenger car models during the reporting period. This model features an asymmetrical tread pattern with an increased number of tread blocks and an optimally placed studs, providing superior winter traction, wear resistance, and reduced noise. Beveled tread blocks in the shoulder area improve slushplaning (sliding on slush and snow broth) resistance. The tyre more effectively cuts through slush and displaces it from the contact patch. Increased tread elasticity, as well as lamellas frequently located across the entire width, improve traction on ice, packed snow, and wet road surfaces. The line-up offers tyres of R13-18 sizes.
The Viatti Brina line-up (non-studded winter tyres for city driving and mild winters) also ranked among the best-selling tyres. This model quickly removes water, mud, and snow from the contact patch, as well as provides improved directional stability thanks to the optimally designed placement and angle of the longitudinal and transverse grooves relative to the direction of movement. Improved grip on both icy surfaces and slush is achieved through the dense placement of the lamellas across the entire tread width and the increased elasticity of the tread blocks. The tyres effectively adapt to the road surface, absorb shock when driving over uneven surfaces, and allow for confident cornering. The line-up offers tyres of R13-18 sizes.
